Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We do not accept returns once a product has been sold. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Certain types of products are non-returnable, including:

  • Digital content

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Intimate or counterfeit versions of our product with broken seals

Additionally, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once partial or full payment has been made.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product at support@hdfalcon.com.

Refund Policy for Custom 3D Animation Services

At HD Falcon, a non-refundable deposit is required to start any custom animation project, covering initial stages like concept development and storyboarding. We offer revisions during production to ensure satisfaction, but once the final animation is delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued. Refunds may only be considered if we fail to meet the agreed-upon deliverables or if the animation is not compatible with the display type after multiple revisions. If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will review your case individually. After final approval, no further refunds will be provided. Please review all drafts carefully before approval.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the total time may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 working days of approval:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing delays may occur on their end.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over ₹5000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
